So you all want an explanation as to why I consider Ransac a villain and punish his every offense to me? Fine. I'll tell you.
Here's a few reasons why I don't give Ransac a chance:
1- He never gave guys like Kagi or Knight a fighting chance. He came here to this board harboring the same grudges and disdain he held for them back in Gundam Fanon. He disliked them there, and he disliked them here. Now disliking someone no matter where you go is all fine and dandy, but when you actively put down and insult their every action at the new place the same way you did when you were all in the old place, it gets a little old and very unfair. Coming to a new site is supposed to be a chance at a fresh start and a clean slate. Not a place to have to relive the sins of the past and have them exposed to all those who could be possible new friends. That's just not right and causes possibly good players to abandon a place before they can even get started. Not cool. Sure they needed a little refining and yes, they did get under my skin a bit, but I was willing to work with them. However, I could not do that with them always coming to me with complaints about how Ransac was treating them like crap again. I'll admit, I probably didn't give Ransac much of a chance then either, but I loathe it when people constantly get on someone's case about the way they role play or about their grammar or even about the way they choose to customize their character or mobile suit.
I will admit I became biased, and that my opinion of Ransac was heavily influenced by his victims, but I painted the picture and like many of you, refuse to admit that I am wrong.
2- I did, in a very small measure, try to work with Ransac on multiple occasions. However every attempt was met with him taking more than I was willing to give. Yes, I granted him a high ranking position in the UE. Yes, I did agree with Usam when it came to allowing him his own custom items shop. And yes, I did agree with both Usam and Bozz when we allowed him many liberties that I was opposed to due to the fact that I believed Ransac to be taking things too far.
In the example of the UE position of power, Ransac talked to me a few times about how he felt I was doing things wrong in the UE. I could have stopped and listened to his suggestions, but feared the worst and assumed that he would again, take things too far. So I simply told him, in the fewest words I can at the moment, My faction, my rules. By then he had his own squad and faction and assumed that he would understand and let it be. However, that was not to be the case it seemed. He talked of overthrowing my UE Overlord and attempting to take control of my faction. Then when I introduced Cypher A2, he voiced his complaint about my droid and even went so far as to insult it. I told him that Cypher A2 would be, before any human in the UE, the next UE Overlord. He again voiced his disdain and then decided to make more UE characters, allowing some of them to escape. No doubt to give him license to reveal that the UE are really a bunch of droids. A fact I didn't want revealed until the final battles against the UE.
But again, that didn't matter to Ransac. What I wanted for my faction didn't matter to him and then the mission we all know as Skyfall was born, revealing that the UE were, in fact, nothing more than a collection of droids. Again, another thorn in my side and another reason I grew to dislike Ransac. He did what he did to no doubt spite me and neither Usam, the Head Admin, nor Bozz, the Third Admin, did anything to support my decision and halt this mission from being allowed to reveal the true nature of the UE.
Therefore, I had no choice but to stew in my disdain for Ransac and allow the cat out of the bag.
3- My final reason. He now attempts to use off site chat boxes to not only disrespect me, but to sling insults and jeers at me in an attempt to escape punishment for mocking me. I know I am human like anyone else and in being human I demand a certain degree of respect. Even more so being the Second Admin of MS Saga: World at War. However, I have not gotten any that I can think of from Ransac. Not one little bit. So how can I give respect or even be remotely nice to someone who will not make efforts to do the same to me? I cannot. I have given him less detailed reasons for the bannings I have delivered him. However, said bannings were only granted after I informed at least one other Admin of the punishment I was to dish. I have not been prevented from serving any of the bannings I served Ransac. Nor any of the bannings I delivered to anyone else. Hell, there are times I have even fought for you all, even Ransac, when one of the other Admins wished to deliver a banning. This does not mean that I think myself to be the only one allowed to deliver bannings to anyone. I just want you all to know that usually, before any ban is imposed on someone, it is usually talked about by two or more of the Admins, no matter how brief or undetailed the discussion may be.
There would be times when a banning was talked about but never acted on simply because at one time, your three Admins did not wish to hurt anyone of you. However after both the Knight fiasco and the Kagi episode, your Admins each became bitter and cold to one degree or another. Myself, probably the worst of the three. I may have become unfair, become The Executioner of MS Saga, and to some of you, I may have even become as much as a site dictator, but your claims of Admin abuse and unfair treatment fall on deaf ears where I am concerned. I won't lie to you, I don't really care. I have had enough of this disrespect and I will no longer tolerate it. This not only applies to me, but to anyone one disrespected on this site or on anything remotely related to this site. I do not wish to see this site die like so many others before it, but nor will I allow everyone to go about everything on here all willy-nilly and unknowingly cause site death here.
Please understand when I say that some degree of Admin control and order needs to be established and maintained here. Even if you all find it to be unfair from time to time. Accept this or don't but I am equal parts sorry and not sorry for what I have done and what I have said. If you all feel that you must insist on calling me the site dictator or a tyrant, so be it. I won't stop you. But I do hope that my explanation has enlightened you to my line of reasoning, even if only in the slightest...
