As the beam saber strikes his opponent, Valen opens fire with the rifle at point blank. As he fires he clashes his beam saber against the katana, preventing the cloak from being used to protect.

Leon has no choice but to take the shots to his unit's torso, forcing him to disengage his dammaged extra armor. Leon quickly activates his scattering beam gun, sending a bright flash of light at Valen's unit, then boosts backwards at top speeds, disengaging the two blades.

Temporarily blinded Valen orders the still active Machine Gun Bits to surround himself and fire outwards. After several moments his eye sight finally returns. With a growl Valen turns his attention back to his opponent and charges, using his now improved speed from removing his shield to close the distance again. Alert for any tricks, he switches his rifle to mode 3 and prepares an upward diagonal slash with his beam saber at the wrist of the arm holding the katana.

Leon quickly brings down his Katanna, and deflects the Beam saber attack away from his suit, only allowing part of the beam saber to hit his arm, not enough to do any serious dammage, then backs up, pushing his suit's speed to maximum speed, he sheeths his katana, and brings up his two machine gun shields. Deciding to turn up the power a bit, Leon activates the laser sights on both of his machine gun shields, and takes aim at Valen's suit, opening fire at full blast.

Valen dives to the right in an attempt to evade the attack. However mid dive his left shoulder is struck by the gatlings, causing damage but leaving it still operational. As he comes out of the roll he leaps into the air and fires the rifle at his opponent, using the machine gun bits to force Leon to follow a straight path.

Leon is forced to move backwards with the bits, and raises his Left shield to block the attacks from Valen's gun. The shield was in rather bad condition, and almost out of ammo, so Leon quickly throws down both shields, and brings forward his shoulder mounted Smoothe bore rifle and Double rocket launcher, and activates his missile launchers, which were down to their last shots, and opens fire with all three weapons at one time.

Unable to counter the assault Valen does the one thing he can do, toss his rifle. The rifle manages to block the attacks but is destroyed completely in the blast. Valen touches down on the ground and dashes towards his opponent, drawing his second beam saber for attack.

Leon quickly moves his Dom at top speed, directly at Valen's onrushing mobile suit, in a complete change of tactics, that would have most of his friends surprised. He knew this fight would be over soon, so he wanted to at least try and win. Taking aim at Valen's unit's right hand with his smoothe bore rifle, and his left with the last rounds from his gattling gun, Leon opens fire with both.

Valen takes both attacks to the chest, causing considerable damage to his machine. Now thoroughly frustrated he orders the seven machine gun bits to kamikaze into his opponent while bombarding him. Valen releases a final burst of speed and fires his vulcans at the Dom's main camera before attempting a duel underhand upward diagonal slash, aiming to sever both arms of his opponent in one move.

Leon takes the bit attacks full brunt, and brings up one arm in an attempt to ward them off, fortunatly for him, bringing one of the arms out of harms way, only causing it to take minimal dammage. Unfortunatly for himself, the beam saber attack manages to remove his other arm. Swearing to himself, Leon keeps his suit going at top speed, in collision course with Valen's mobile suit, which was moving at him. Cringing, he knew this would be ugly.

Realizing they were about to collide Valen shoves his foot out in front of him and braces from impact.

Leon's suit takes the foot to the gut about as well as a person would take a foot to the gut, not very well. The foot pushes his suit backwards quite a bit, and causes a lot of dammage to the torso of Leon's dom unit. Throwing down his last shield, Leon pulls out his katanna once more, this time one handed, and slowly, as his unit is badly dammaged, moves in towards Valen's suit. Raising the katanna one handed, Leon swings directly at Valen's unit's head.

Valen brings his left beam saber up to block the katana. Since the blade had no beam coating it is easily cut in half. As he parries Valen backhands his opponent to the head before following with a headbutt combined with point blank vulcan fire.

Leon watches as his katanna gets cut in half, followed by the slap and the head but, which causes his unit to fall on it's proverbial ass. Leon quickly makes a decission, and throws the now shorter katanna directly at the head of his oponent, then activates his rocket launcher on the remaining head, and sends two rockets in behind the thrown katanna.

Surprised by the sudden change of tactics Valen manages to bring up his right arm to protect his head, taking the full brunt of the assault with it. As a result the arm is impaled and then destroyed. Now furious Valen uses his remaining left arm and brings his beam saber down in an attempt to stab the Dom in the chest and finish this.
