Leon paces back and forth in the board room of the main Unicorn building, anxiously waiting for the others to show up. Things had gone well the last few days, and the group had managed to capture and hold Diggin's rock, as well as capture and hold the south american G system. The capture of Diggins rock had provided them with new designs for mobile suits, and the G system had given them the ability to build more faster. New mobile suits were now available for any pilot, and everyone that had been in the two missions were now upgrading their suits for the future. Now, important decissions needed to be made, and the troops needed to be sent out again.
The Hunter enters the room, and sits down, putting her boots up onto the table, leaning back. She had just finished work on her new Over flag unit, using the credits she had earned from the G system mission, and was ready for combat.

Brad and Verdi Entered the room Brad smoking a cigarette Verdi looking with a mixture of annoyance at her brother smoking inside during an important meeting. and excitement that Brad had allowed her to attend the meeting. Tho he had warned her to be on her best behavior which was a big part of why she was now annoyed at his nonchalant entrance as she kept harping him to act his part and in many ways had won. But he refused to give up smoking.
Brad taking a seat looked around and said "Wow with All Verdi's making sure we looked respectable we still made it on time. and her i figured we would get here to late." Brad said as he ruffled her hair as she gave him an annoyed look. Sitting next to him. Even in a war meeting her brother couldn't act like the lord he was. But she ignored it and did her best to sit like a proper lady should.

Avian sighed as he walked into the meeting room, and was rather surprised tht everyone wasn't there yet. 'Well atleast I didn't make anyone wait,' he thought as he walked over to a chair, and sat down. He crossed his arms, and his eyes began to drift along the members who were present. His eyes landed on Verdandi, and he shook his head in disappointment. "Are they really so desperate for soldiers, that they would let a little girl fight alongside them?" he muttered, his tone full of disgust.

After the whole Diggin's incident, Gene wanted to join this........Unicorn orginization so he could help others who were powerless. He went back with everyone else with his Leo in tow. He didn't know if it would be easy or not to join, but he was willing to give it his all to get in. He walked into the board room at the main Unicorn Base and took an available seat next to Brad. He decided to stay quite unless spoken to by one of the others.

Dust and Charlie entered the room together, still catching up on old times, having figured out when they met after Diggins rock that they were one another's lost brother. Dust sat down beside Verdi, resting his head on the table as he waited for the meeting to begin. Charlie took his place beside Dust and kicked back, placing his boots on the table. They each said nothing as they waited.

A loud thud at the door and the wall around the door nearly giving way indicated that something large was just on the other side, and there was only one thing that large at Unicorn HQ that could fit in the building.
The door swung open and the massive, rust orange kill droid and resident MS mechanic ducked down and squeezed himself through the double doors. His usual clean, pristine, and well maintained frame was now scuffed up and covered in grease and oil. He was dragging his trademark giant wrench behind him, it too was covered in the same scuffs and fluids he was. Tossing it on the table in the mission briefing room, Cypher let out a robotic sigh before plopping down in the corner of the room, too big to fit in the chairs around the table.
"I really hope there are no other units that need work done on them. I swear I must have done nearly 30 mobile suits in a row..."

Edgar walked into the meeting room, with Reno following close behind. He watched the others as he walked in, and he took a seat next to Bozz. Reno continued walking and sat on the other side of the table, waiting for the meeting to start.

Leon Flicks a switch on the wall nearby, and the lights dim, as the projector in the room comes to life. Projected for all to see is the image of a rather Boxy Space ship.  "Ok folks, our next set of missions are going to be interesting. We have two that you are being sent on. The first is to retrieve this Space ship that has been Sunk in the Pacific ocean pre fall. This ship is called a White base class ship, and has the capacity to take us to space. This mission is of vital importance for our fight. The pilots that will go on this will either have to be equiped for water, or get a unit that can do so." The next image on the screen shows a large pillar shaped item reaching into the sky.  "This is the North american Space elevator. It has been under construction for some time, and before the attack, had been completed. During the attack, it, and the other three like it world wide, were captured, probably to transport items and troops from orbit. It had a small defense force that defended it, but we have lost contact with them, and believe them to be dead. Your Job will be to recapture this, as well as the train that takes goods to orbit. We will be using this to get to orbit as well." Leon stands back in the room, as the lights come on. "I can't emphasise how important these missions are. I will be asking for volunteers, though those equiped with aquatic suits will be asked to go after the ship. Team Captain, as last time, will be Cypher, and he will be going after the ship." Leon turns to Cypher with a grin. "Second team captain will be Brad. Hope your up to it kid." |

Cypher's optics glowed red the moment the Pegasus Class ship appeared on the screen. For some unknown reason he was familiar with that ship and felt a hatred toward it. Just as soon as it started, his optics returned to their normal bluish-white glow and the sudden emotions that registered though his systems disappeared. Tapping at his head while the lights came back on, Cypher was pulled from his thoughts and attempts to make heads or tails of what he experienced by Leon's voice.
"Y..yeah, leave it to me..." He said with some slight hesitation in reply to Leon's grin. "I'll be in the Leviathan waiting for deployment." He muttered as he squeezed his massive bulky frame through the doors and went downstairs to the mobile suit hangars.
"What the hell was that? What just happened back there?"

Edgar watched as the two images went across the screen, and then closed his eyes. "Well, seeing as how we don't have many aquatic units... i'll join Cypher and head after the White Base class ship." he said, opening his eyes, and looking to Leon. "He might be good, but not good enough to handle them all on his own."

Brad nodded his ascent then asked "Any idea of the types and numbers of the enemy? I think we would need flight and artillery suits for this mission. And any volunteers please let me know tho of course me and Verdi will be going on the mission." Then he sat back down and waited for the briefing to continue.

Dust grinned, "Well I don't think you can get many aerial suits like my Overflag so I will volunteer." Charlie was sitting stumped, while he did have a sloop pack and could operate underwater he knew his suit would be hindered there, "I will go anywhere I suppose, but I am much better on land."

After being briefed on the upcoming missions, one of which each of them will participate in, Gene stood up. "I'll volunteer to go with his 'Majesty' to recapture the elevator. I don't know if I'll be much help, but I'll do as much as I can." Then with that, he sat back down in his seat and waited for the briefing to continue.

Verdi hearing the condescending tone that Gene was giving her brother she forgo where she was jumped up and yelled you she my brother his Lordship the proper respect we might be away from home but my brother keeps the hopes of those who fled Eisengrad and the other European cities alive." Her further tirade was ended by a stern hand on her shoulder pushing her back into her seat. "Enough Verdi One more outburst and I will send you out of this meeting. I am sure he meant no disrespect but the way we do things and handle ourselves is much different then how they do it here." Brad said then looking back to Leon he said "I apologize for he interruption please continue" Leaving Verdi to silently brood in her seat

Leon nods as Cypher leaves the room, then makes a few decissions.
"Ok folks, here are the assignments. Cypher's team will consist of me, Charlie, Edgar, and the Hunter. Brad's team will Consist of Verdi, Dust, and Gene. Get to your ships, your mobile suits have been docked on board already, and get out there and kick some ass."
